Need to consult some of my baker friends... what went wrong?
after 25 mins...
according to recipe, took it out after 25 mins... and still not baked well...
put it back in the oven for another 30mins... and brown on the outside, but still quite dense inside
looks nice on the outside, all cracked but nice tan...
Will attempt it again soon... but what a waste of the poppy seeds.. :(
