What if... one of my parents suddenly passes away, do I know what to do?

So I decided I need to find out...
So I searched the net and found some info by some casket/undertaker company.
I hope the links work when I need it.
Generally, I noticed there is alot of documentation required. But mostly the casket company will take care of the logistics.
Maybe watching "Tuesdays With Morrie" made me think of this... but its always good to be ready. Like my economics lecturer used to say: 2 things in life are certain - death and taxes.
